Terms of Service

1. Operator

AunoNest is provided by 아노바(AUNOVA), represented by 김석용.

2. Service scope

AunoNest offers wellness check-ins, records, music, video, stories, digital products, and physical goods. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect sign-in methods, respect others' rights, and avoid disrupting the service.

Accounts and personal-data processing for users under age 14 are provided only after a guardian verification and consent process is available.

4. Paid products

The product, total price, delivery method, access period, shipping, and cancellation terms are shown before payment. A paid-product contract is formed when the user confirms the order and completes payment.

AunoNest does not store card details. Web checkout uses KG Inicis authentication through PortOne.

5. Billing channels

Web subscriptions, digital products, and physical goods use web payment. iOS app subscriptions use Apple App Store in-app purchase, and Android app subscriptions use Google Play Billing. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds for store purchases follow the applicable store process.

Purchases may be linked to the same AunoNest account, but payment approval and refunds remain with the original billing channel.

6. Digital products

Digital products are supplied to the signed-in web library immediately after payment confirmation and remain available for one month. The supply date and access end date can be reviewed in the product or purchase record.

A purchase grants a personal, limited right of use for the stated period. Reproduction, resale, unauthorized distribution, and account sharing are prohibited.

7. Web subscriptions

The monthly web plan is billed recurrently at KRW 6,000 per month and may be cancelled before the next charge. The 12-month discount web plan is billed recurrently at KRW 5,500 per month, with a first-year scheduled amount of KRW 66,000.

If the user keeps the subscription active, the KRW 5,500 monthly discount price continues after the first 12 months. If the user cancels and subscribes again later, the sales terms and price available at the new subscription date apply.

Web recurring billing remains unavailable until automatic billing and cancellation are fully verified. No recurring charge is processed while the product is marked as preparing.

8. Changes

Features may change or pause for maintenance, security, outages, or unavoidable operational reasons. Material changes will be announced through the service or registered contact channel.

9. Contact and disputes

Deleting a Mind Weather account does not by itself cancel an Apple App Store, Google Play, or web recurring subscription. Cancel an active subscription through its billing channel.
