Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Before delivery

Orders may be abandoned before payment. After payment, cancellation may be requested before digital delivery begins. A cancellation request and a completed payment reversal are different states and must both be confirmed.

2. Digital products

Digital products are supplied to the web library immediately after payment confirmation and remain available for one month. The checkout separately confirms the access period, immediate supply, and possible withdrawal restriction.

Withdrawal may generally be requested within seven days of receiving contract information. Statutory restrictions may apply after supply or use begins when properly disclosed before purchase.

Statutory remedies remain available when a product is not supplied as advertised or contracted, regardless of whether access has begun.

3. Physical goods

Shipping fees, regions, and estimated delivery are displayed on the product or order page. Withdrawal may generally be requested within seven days after receipt.

The buyer bears return shipping for a change of mind. We bear the cost for defects, damage, incorrect delivery, or goods that differ from their description. Statutory exceptions may apply to damaged, substantially used, reproducible, or individually made goods when properly disclosed and agreed.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within the period required by law. The payment provider may require additional processing time.

5. Requests

6. Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal and is different from refunding a paid period. Web recurring billing is currently marked as preparing and does not process recurring charges.

7. Other channels

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases follow the applicable store process and law.
